Merry (Early) Christmas

A NEW JOEY. Yipee (sarcasim). Lets just pray that this one doesnt keep me up till 1 in the morning worrying and setting a trap to get it out of the wall. Wish me luck.

IM FREE!!

CLOVE IS AT HER NEW HOME PEOPLE!!! She is finally out of my hair. I was kind of scared for a minute that I would have to keep her. But NO, that little she-devil is off to terrorize someone else now. And hopefully they can tame her. You guys better wish that family luck  ;-)

On the Market.....Again

The person that was suppose to take Clove backed out. Thank you for leaving me with this high maintance sugar glider for another few weeks. She is now up for sale again. So if you want her, look at Any Takers? post and you will know what to do.

Im About to Yank Out My Hair

Clove is such a pain. Yesterday, I tried to get her out and she went missing in 5 sec flat. A new record for this Houdini. I can not wait for her to be going to her new home this weekend. Yes, I will miss her cute little face, but who knew she would require this much work. My diagnoses, ADHD, I dont know if sugar gliders can have that though. But if they can, this sugar glider has a HUGE case of it. So, with her getting out of her cage and partying all night, I might as well become Dave off of Alvin and the Chipmunks

Any Takers?

Clove is about to be ready for her new home. She is now a little over a month. So far, she seems like the perfect compainion. She is extremly clever and fast, and loves to play with feathers. She is going to be $75, so anyone in central texas that knows about sugar gliders, loves them, and wants a companion like this, she is perfect. Clove is a sweet little girl and has tons of spunk like Shadow (her dad). So any takers? If so, leave a comment of what town you live in, and list 3 things that you know about sugar gliders. Whoops!

Whoops, I have made a HUGE mistake. The same mistake I made with our last joey. Our blessed little boy turns out to be our blessed little girl. Some of you may say, oh so I guess its named Angel. No, her name is Clove, after the nickname we gave her for the way she smelled, Clovus.

Its a Boy!!!

Our new addition is healthy and well. I got a good look this afternoon and found that it was a BOY! So meet Dakota, a strong all-rounded boy joey that will find the perfect home in 2 months. (Pics will be posted soon)

On the Brink of OOP

ITS HERE, ITS HERE!!! The joey is on the brink of OOP. We do not know if it is a boy or girl yet, but last night I went to check on Rock (our momma sugar glider), and there was a tail and foot sticking out of the pouch. The arrival of a joey never gets old. And I guess everyone wants to know the winning names. For a girl, Angel, and for a boy, it was a draw between Dakota and Ash. So the winning name for a boy was choosen by me. The name for a boy joey will be Dakota.

Joey Names

So far, some people have voted on the polls to the right. I think I need to let everyone know the names in the lead. So far for a girl name, Angel, and for a boy, Dakota and Ash are tied. If you want to change this, make sure to vote. Voting ends soon, so do it now

Due Date

As you know, from my last post, our mommy sugar glider is pregnant. The due date has now been determined, and the OOP is going to be the week of the 9-15 in September. If not the week before. Now I hope everyone who follows my blog has voted names. My picks are Ash and Silver, but I want to know what everyone else wants, so make sure to vote.

Baby Arrival

We are blessed to find out that our mommy sugar glider, Rocky, is pregnant again. I predict that the OOP (Out Of Pouch) shall be this upcoming month, September. This excites me very much, hopfully it will be another girl just like the last one. And I am also happy to say that Jewl, our last joey, is at her new home safe and sound.
